近入21世紀，在恐怖事件不斷發生，極端勢力活動猖獗，城市成為罪惡的“聚集地”的今天，擔負“執勤處突”任務的武警部隊,面臨越來越嚴峻的形勢。因此，我們在要求提高人員素質的同時,應該也必須考慮到改善我們的“硬件”。 通過假期下部隊調研和閱讀有關非致命性武器方面的書籍，收集到鮮活的資料，并在指導老師精心指導和幫助下，對材料進行加工細化，從理論的角度對非致命武器進行了研究。 越快越好，謝謝

Entering 21st century, the armed police who are in charge of disposing the unexpected task face more and more severe situation 。During these days ,when the terrorist acts is happenning constantly ,the extremist forces activity is rampant and the city have became a place that the crime gather there 。 So,we must consider that improve our "hardware" while we are demanding to improve personnel's quality 。We made a research in the army ,and studied and read about the books of the undeadly weapon 。On the holiday ,we not only collected the lifelike materials,but also are guided and helped meticulously by our guidance teacher to processing the material thinningly and carring on research to undeadly weapon in terms of theory。。
