這個句子一看就不是英語本土人寫出來的。它的結構有一些問題。應該這么寫就好明白了。Maybe they forget that everything that comes out of a computer, has to put in （by somebody）.原來的句子第一個that是引導的賓語從句，引導后面所有的句子，everything that comes out of a computer,somebody has to put in. 而賓語從句中的第二個that引導的是定語從句 comes out of a computer，修飾前置詞是everything．而最后的句子somebody has to put in. （錯誤）實際上是少了個賓語everything.希望你明白了．
