CLAUSE 15 LIQUIDATED DAMAGE FOR NON-COMPLIANCEIf the buyer fails to open a letter of credit within the stipulated period in clause 8,other then by reason of Force majeure in clause 13 or by any reason at unsuitable to the seller, the buyer shall pay to the seller the amount equivalent to 2% of the total contract value, if the seller fail to delivery the cargo after receipt of the relevar L/C stipulated in clause 8 in accordance with agreed delivery schedule ,other than by reason for force majeure in clause 13 ,the seller shall pay to the buyer the amount equivalent to 2% of the total contract value through performance bond ,the liquidated damage for non-compliance shall be settles within 30 days of written request.
