CLAUSE 21 SPECIAL CLAUSE &VALIDITYThis contract is considered valid from the date of its date of its signing by buyer and seller through completion of execution of its terms nad conditions as set forth in each and all clauses of this contract ,communication by fax machines or email are acceptable to all parties ,signature by fax or email in counterparts are binding upon and acceptable to all parties to this agreement ,this contract shall become effective from the later date of the date written at the end of this contract.
