Staffing agency is a recruitment company 聘人公司Independent contracter is an individual who can be bound by a contract independently without consent from anybody and is emancipated. 獨(dú)立合同人I'm not sure what an Instructional design is but I would imagine it's some sort of a program that can be executed under instructions.
