現在大廈的13層有一個對咱們來說比較合適面積的房間,面積是193.6平米,同時又和大廈最后確認了三層房間的面積實為195平米,從面積上來講房間的大小差不多。但從層數來講13層要比三層好很多,由于大廈的地理位置,周圍車多,在三層辦公會比較吵,13層就會好些,另外13層的房間在樓層的北側,面向長安街,景色也優于3層。同時我們也請了裝飾公司就兩個地方分別做了室內布局設計,最后認為還是十三能夠更合理地使用空間,所以我們更希望可以搬到13層。至于租金方面正在和大廈銷售部協商,可以肯定的是不會高于現在辦公室每平米的租金。
