The remaining sum （namely,the total cost for 245 。。。） for consruction accounting for 5％ of the total contract sum, shall be paid in lump in 15 days from the close of 1 year after the full delivery without any problem of quality。注：1、“15天后”按照“15天內(nèi)”翻譯，可能更符合合同訂立者的原意，否則付款就可能遙遙無(wú)期； 2、“（245臺(tái)總費(fèi)用）”有歧義，不知是指“合同總價(jià)”，還是指“剩余合同總價(jià)”？這個(gè)決定“the total cost for 245 。。。”在英文翻譯中的位置，本翻譯按后者理解； 3、“245臺(tái)”之“臺(tái)”由上下文確定。 。

5% fund of total residual contract amount (total amount of 245) shall be one-off disbursed 15 days after completing annual inspection from entire consignment.雖然原文很短，但是很不好翻譯，有個(gè)地方我覺(jué)得我翻譯得很不好，就是245臺(tái)總費(fèi)用，英文中很少使用量詞，所以我翻譯成total amount of 245，但是自己覺(jué)得很不適合，權(quán)當(dāng)拋磚引玉了。另外我把“1年無(wú)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題”，改成了completing annual inspection，也就是一年后檢測(cè)合格。因?yàn)檫@個(gè)“1年無(wú)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題”前面又有15天后，連起來(lái)不好翻譯。
