(c) Receiving Party will instruct all of its employees, directors and officers who receive Confidential Information not to disclose such Confidential Information to third parties, including consultants. Receiving party shall cause all of its employees, directors and officers who receive Disclosing Party's Confidential Information to enter into a written agreement with Receiving Party to maintain the confidentiality of such Confidential Information consistent with this Agreement. Receiving Party will be responsible for any breach of this Agreement by any of its respective employees, directors and officers or other representatives.
