We understand that your major interest will be in China whereas we could contribute in the rest of the world, where we have considerable testing and development possibilities available. All such further activities will be subject to a second agreement. Under the current agreement we should only test the compound in our screening and profiling tests in order to determine our interest in the product. Nothing in the present agreement shall bind either side to enter into a further collaboration, this will be subject to further discussions.
