Each Party shall have the right to refuse to accept any Information under this Agreement prior to any disclosure and nothing herein shall obligate either Party to disclose any particular information. Either Party acknowledges that it is not prohibited by any law or the rules of any governmental organization from receiving Information.

協議各方在披露進行之前，均有權拒絕接受本協議下的任何信息，本協定并無任何要求協議各方披露特定信息的義務規定。協議各方共同承認，任何法律或政府機構有關規定均不禁止對信息的接受。Information應有專門說法，在不知道前只能理解為信息了。

每個黨將有權利拒絕在此在～之前任何的揭發和毫不在這協議之下接受任何的數據將使負義務任一黨揭露任何的特別數據。 或黨承認它從接受數據不是被任何法律或任何政治的組織規則禁止的。
