Last night, a burglary（盜竊）happened next door. The police came immediately（立即）and at first they believed that the burglar was still hiding in the building. My neighbour Mr Poon was out when it happened and it was the cleaner who called the police. She told them that she was collecting the rubbish from Mr Poon' s flat（單元住宅）when she discovered that the door was open and the flat was in a terrible mess（混亂）. At first, she thought that it was little Johnny, Mr Poon' s son, who had turned the place upside down. Little Johnny is quite "famous" in our building. He is a spoilt child! Mr and Mrs Poon were celebrating their wedding anniversary（結婚周年）at a restaurant with little Johnny and when they returned, they were surprised to see so many police officers in their flat. The police stayed for about two hours and little Johnny had asked so many questions that they had not been able to finish their investigation（調查）.
