In accepting this Research Agreement, the Subcontractor certifies that neither it nor its principals are presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any Mexican Federal department or agency. Any change in the debarment or suspended status of the Subcontractor during the performance period of this Research Agreement must be reported immediately to El Colegio de Mexico
