If you want to learn English truely, you needn't find a foreign friend only。 There are so many ways。 And many Chinese can speak English very well , even than foreigner。 Not every foreigner can speak English well。Just as not every Chinese can speak mandarin nicely。I don't know if you studied a article from "New Concept English" which is "Do the English speak English?"。Of course , make a foreign friend is a good way to learn English anyway。
