如果貴公司不能夠在截止日期之前把表格交到組委會，那么貴公司的資料（如展會合同中所列的）以及展臺號將不會被編輯到冊子里面，到時候只能以插頁的形式夾在里面。說明：比如我們去參加招聘會，每個求職者都可以買到一份小冊子，里面印有各個單位的情況說明以及他們的展臺號碼，以便求職者可以方便地找到自己心儀的單位。如果單位不及時將公司情況反映給組委會，那么該公司的信息就來不及編輯了
