1、雙方本著平等互利,共同發展的精神經雙方協商同意,茲簽訂本協議書以確保雙方合法權益及此服務項目順利進行.1、 如因乙方原因使本次活動無法如期舉辦：乙方應提前5日以書面形式通知甲方，并退 回全額定金給甲方，否則，乙方須支付與甲方定金等額的費用作為賠償給甲方，并退回甲 方所支付的定金。2、 如因甲方原因使本次活動無法如期舉辦：甲方所支付的定金乙方將不予退回。3、 甲方應保證參與本次的活動人員的秩序及愛護各類器材設備及保持場地的完好清潔。如有 違反，甲方應酌情賠償本公司及第三人之經濟損失。4、 自雙方協議簽定后，雙方應本著“誠實信用”的原則切實履行本協議，如一方提出要求，經雙方協商一致后可作相應更改；如協商不成，則仍以本協議為準。5、 若因甲乙雙方不能如約履行本協議，造成對方經濟損失應予以賠償，并承擔相關法律責任。6、 如遇特殊情況及不可抗力因素而導致本協議無法履行，則由雙方協商解決。7、 如遇超出本協議條款所規定的狀況發生，應依照中華人民共和國相關法律及或是相關部 門所制訂的有關規定處理解決。
