[摘 要] 偏見現象在教育實踐中時有存在,是教育教學中的大忌。相關研究表明:教師對學生的態度和評價直接影響到學生對自己、他人和社會的整體態度和評價,對于學生的人格健全、社會化完成是不利因素。有鑒于此,本文從社會認知、社會態度角度來認識教師偏見;探討了教師偏見的成因、類型、后果、消除措施;分析了當前教師群體中存在的偏見類型及表現;強調了在新課改背景下,避免產生或消除教師偏見,為學生的成長構建一個和諧發展環境的重要意義;以期引起教育界,乃至全社會對教師偏見問題的關注和重視。[關鍵詞] 教師偏見;成因;類型;后果;消除措施
