Consignment. At the commencement of this Agreement, DMS shall ship to Consignee, on consignment, to Consignee’s warehouse facilities at the address set forth above, the beginning inventory of Products which has been agreed upon by DMS and Consignee. Consignee shall keep said inventory of Products, and all Products shipped by DMS at any time, in a segregated portion of its warehouse. At the end of each three (3) month period during the term of this Agreement a representative of DMS and a representative of Consignee shall take an inventory of the Products on hand. Unless DMS and Consignee otherwise agree, at the time Consignee reports each three (3) month period sales to DMS and pays DMS therefor, DMS shall ship Products to Consignee in the amount equal to those Products sold in the preceding three (3) month period.
