The person appointed as the contractor's project director for the work shall have full authority to act on behalf of the contrsctor for all purpose in connection with the contract.The project director shall not be engaged in any project other than the works and shall not be replaced or removed without prior consent of the owner,which however shall not be unreasonsbly withheld or delayed.
