gamut = complete range of .... 這段句子有點含糊。我猜是講保險計劃： 20元保單和30元加強保單。如果是這樣的話，user 用的不對。that 也意指不清 （猜是指20元計劃）也許可以寫成：Customers don't see much difference between a $20 plan and a $30-plus plan. Actually, the $20 plan more or less covers the gamut.
