請問如何分別以-ever為后綴的詞引導的是名詞性從句還是狀語從句？

名詞性從句和定語從句中：what = the thing which；whatever = anything　　　What you want has been sent here。　　　Whatever you want makes no difference to me。 類似的還有who= the person that　 whoever= anyone who狀語從句中："no matter +疑問詞" 或"疑問詞+后綴ever" 　　 No matter what happened, he would not mind。　　 Whatever happened, he would not mind。　 替換：no matter what = whatever　　　　 no matter who = whoever　　　　 no matter when = whenever　　　　 no matter where = wherever　　　　 no matter which = whichever　　　　 no matter how = however注意：no matter 不能引導主語從句和賓語從句。　（錯）No matter what you say is of no use now。　（對）Whatever you say is of no use now。　　　 你現在說什么也沒用了。(Whatever you say是主語從句)　（錯）Prisoners have to eat no matter what they're given, 　（對）Prisoners have to eat whatever they're given。　囚犯們只能給什么吃什么。再辨析：They eat whatever they can find。他們找到什么就吃什么。（現在不確定他們有沒有找到東西可吃）They are eating what they have found。他們在吃他們找到的東西。（他們已經找到了可吃的東西）。

總得來說,特殊疑問詞后面除了why 都可以加,比如:whatever, whoever, whichever, whomever,whenever, however, wherever.Whatever you say, I will do according to my own view.(狀語從句）Whoever breaks the law will be punished.（主語從句）應該注意的是：－特殊疑問詞＋ever＝ no matter＋特殊疑問詞，但后者僅能用在狀語從句中．比如：No matter who you are, you should obey the rules.The present will be given to whoever likes it.

當這些從句在句子中做主語,賓語或表語時,就是名詞性從句;做狀語時,就是狀語從句. I can remember whatever you have told me.(whatever引導的從句做remember的賓語,所以是賓語從句)Whatever you say, I'll be able to remember it.(主句很完整,所以是讓步狀語從句)Whoever goes last should shut the door.(缺主語,所以是主語從句)Whoever goes last, you should accompany him.(主句很完整,是讓步狀語從句)
