首先要明確你說的蓮藕是指蓮（蓮子）還是藕（藕段，蓮的根），蓮子是lotus seed，藕是lotus root，蓮蓬是seedpod of the lotus，蓮花就不用說了吧。鹵面的翻譯方法就有很多了，上面的noodles served with heavey gravy可以用，不過個人覺得用heavey好像沒有用spicy或assorted好，而且鹵面有好多種，有些是有湯的，用gravy；如果是用澆頭的，那就用老外比較熟悉的sauce或dressing來介紹配汁，如noodles with assorted dressing，這樣就用他們的習慣來翻譯，效果比較好。
