Neither this Agreement nor the disclosure of any information by the Disclosing Party shall be deemed to constitute by implication or otherwise, a vesting of any title or interest or a grant of any license, immunity or other right to the Receiving Party with regard to the Confidential Information, notwithstanding the expiration of the confidentiality obligations of this Agreement.

不這個(gè)協(xié)議亦不任一信息透露由透露的黨將被視為構(gòu)成含蓄地或否則, 授予任何標(biāo)題或利益或任何執(zhí)照津貼, 免疫或接待會(huì)的其它權(quán)利關(guān)于機(jī)要信息, 仍然這個(gè)協(xié)議的機(jī)密義務(wù)的失效。
