DMS is engaged in the design, development, manufacture and sale of ink jet printing systems and supplies. Consignee has knowledge and experience in the distribution of printer inks in the Republic of China. DMS desires to appoint Consignee a sales agent for certain printer inks of DMS within the Republic of China on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth. Consignee desires to sell the printer ink products of DMS on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth and represents that it possesses both the facilities and abilities to promote the sale and use of such products.
