Records. Consignee shall keep accurate records showing: (a) all Products received from DMS on consignment with the consignment invoice price; (b) all sales to customers with the names of the customers, quantities purchased, and the terms of the sale; (c) all consigned Products remaining on hand;(d) all Products returned by or repossessed from customers together with credits allowed; and (e) all Products returned to DMS and credits therefor. Consignee shall allow DMS’ representative(s) to have access to such records on demand and, in addition, shall permit them at all reasonable times and from time to time, to inventory the consigned Products in Consignee’s possession.
