CLAUSE 20 ASSIGNMINTNeither party may assign this contract without the written consent of the other ,however ,the buyer may assign its rights and obligations under this contract to an affiliated company ,if so ,the buyer shall promptly notify the seller of any such assignment ,Following such notification ,the seller agrees to consider the assignment as the buyer for all purposes of this contract

任何一方沒有其他的書面的許可不可簽署這個合同，然而，對于子公司/聯營公司，買方可以在這個合同之下有簽署它的權利和義務，如果是這樣的話，賣方有任何協議/事務應快速通知賣方，隨著這類通知，賣方同意考慮協議作為買方就這個合同的目的。
