關于XXX項目的融資問題,經與XXX銀行聯系,可基本確認通過增加優惠貸款額度的方式解決項目融資的途徑不可行。為解決XX項目的融資問題,以下信息供參考:1.CGGC已經得到XXX銀行采用買方信貸的方式進行融資的承諾和支持。2.XXX銀行認為由于XXX項目融資計劃執行較好,對我公司實施此項目積極支持,并要求我公司盡快提交相關資料。3.關于買方信貸的利率,進出口銀行建議采用伊朗大部分項目所采用的固定利率。2004年12月15日至元月14日期間CIRRs美元5年期以下的利率是4.09%。將來合同簽訂時的利率以當月的CIRR為準,不再浮動。4.XXX銀行也接受浮動利率,但目前很難確定。 出口信用保險公司(ChinaExport&CreditInsuranceCorporation)原則上同意對灌溉項目進行保險。保險條件和保險費遵從中國信貸項目的保險規定。我公司將按照買方信貸的方式編制XXX項目的融資建議書。建議業主工程師對融資方式盡快研究確定。
