Vicar 在不同的時(shí)期和不同的教會(huì)的意思不完全一樣，意思比較明確，要么是英國(guó)國(guó)教體制里主管教區(qū)教堂（chapel）的牧師，要么是羅馬天主教廷體制里的副主教, 但如果大寫 VICAR OF CHRIST 就是指教宗本人，上帝在人間的代表。minister 在天主教和新教里的意思不同，羅馬天主教里是指有些教會(huì)中的高級(jí)傳教士，英國(guó)新教里是指有自己教區(qū)的牧師（也就是 pastor）。
