這里的 stop 和 listen在語法上是并列的.本來是都應該有個to,但是在and的這種句子中,to已經被習慣性的省略了,而且一般是不會加這個to的.

stop to do sth.停下來去干某事stop doing sth.停止正在干的事stop talking listen to ...是并列短語,一同做told的賓語,用一個to引出就行了
