其實從語言語義上看,SHUT多用于有兩個部分共同起關(guān)閉作用的時候,如SHUT UP 閉嘴嘴唇分上下兩瓣再比如:SHUT THE WINDOW 用于那種老式的窗戶:兩扇玻璃面,中間有個栓子。CLOSE在表示關(guān)閉的時候，多用于繞一個軸轉(zhuǎn)而關(guān)閉的物體，如關(guān)房門，關(guān)汽車門在其他的用法上，表示關(guān)門歇業(yè)，非營業(yè)的時候，用的是CLOSED而不能用SHUT ，但是表示關(guān)閉工廠不再生產(chǎn)，或者因倒閉關(guān)門的情況，則說SHUT DOWN，SHUT DOWN還可以表示切斷能源等等。所以，CLOSE 表示的關(guān)，一般還有可以再開的意思而SHUT 表示的關(guān)，常表示緊緊關(guān)閉，不暗示打開的意思。
