你的老師錯(cuò)了，就應(yīng)該JUDGED，由于后面的主語PERFORMANCE肯定是被評(píng)判，不是主動(dòng)的評(píng)判（用JUDGING）

老師說的正確，因?yàn)閠he new rules不可能有主體能力，如果此時(shí)不是the new rules而是the professor等有具體行為能力的人的話，用judged 就可以
