If CAS provides BAYER with TEST MATERIAL, the following procedure shall be applied: (1) CAS will first provide BAYER with a description of the biological performance of the Compounds, CAS wants to provide to BAYER.(2) If BAYER considers such description interesting then detailed biological results will be provided by CAS to BAYER. (3) Based on a review of the detailed biological results samples would be ordered for testing by BAYER. (4) First results of screening will be provided by BAYER to CAS within 4 months of receipt of the samples.(5) If BAYER considers the results achieved under item (4) to be interesting, Bayer will undertake further detailed biological testing. Subject to availability of samples such detailed testing results will be provided within additional 5 months to CAS.(6) If after such detailed biological testing BAYER is still interested in the Compounds Bayer will discuss a future cooperation with CAS.(7) Further details for setting up the discussions and the follow-up procedure will then to be established by the two parties subsequently in due course.
