go up to sth.與go down to sth.有區別嗎

其實只有一個區別，就是方向上的區別啦！

go down to sth意為達到或延續到（某時間或時期）e.g. This volume only goes down to 1945.這一卷涉及的時間僅至1945年。go up to意為上大學 she went up to Cambridge in 1977她于1977年進入劍橋大學。

go up to是(悄悄的)朝----走過去go down to sth 沒見過這個詞組,字典上也沒有
