新東方還可以只是如果不能堅持的說，很難有大的提高

4級有公共和專業兩種。不知道你的是哪一種。口語與其他知識技能不可分開。學英語要靠點點滴滴。外在的輔導不可少，但主要的還得看你本身的努力與堅持。如果你練口語的目的知識為了大學考試，那就沒必要了。
